12-month warranty on power tools.
Coverage
Power tools are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. Hand tools and outdoor gear are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Not covered
Normal wear, use outside the manufacturer's instructions, drop or water damage, and consumables such as batteries after 6 months, discs and blades.
Making a claim
Your order confirmation is proof of purchase. Send us the order number and a short description, and we arrange collection or replacement at no cost during the first year.
