Delivery times, costs and order tracking.
Processing and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country selected at checkout and is shown before you pay - typically 3-8 business days, and up to 12 business days for remote destinations.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is charged per destination country and is displayed in your selected currency. Every country has a free-shipping threshold, shown in the cart as you get close to it. Express upgrades are available at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email a tracking number. You can also follow the order any time from the Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Duties and taxes
Prices are shown excluding local import duties. For destinations outside our fulfilment region, the carrier may collect duties on delivery according to local regulations.
