Return window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
How to return
Contact customer service with your order number. We issue a return authorisation and a shipping label. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the item reaching our warehouse.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. After dispatch, the standard return process applies. Faulty or incorrect items are always returned at our expense.
